Hand In Hand
Each print starts off as a drawing on newsprint. I will then trace the individual shapes that make up the drawing onto tracing paper and cut them out with an x-acto knife. Each individual shape is inked up on a sheet of glass and then transferred to the paper, burnished and then the tracing paper is peeled away. Each print is one of a kind and takes on its own character through the mono type printing process. I love the texture each shape creates from the paper.
